If a plumbing component, valve array, or accessory arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, displays clear structural casting cracks, or deviates from the ordered technical model, you may request a fresh exchange or credit refund within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the component must be free from tool scratches, teeth marks from pipe wrenches, thread strip damages, or residual pipe glue, and kept in its original pristine anti-abrasion packaging with all factory identification labels intact.

3.2 Serial Matching & Used Thread Exclusions

To maintain strict industrial safety and quality control standards across our technology network, internal components or valves that have been permanently threaded onto pipelines, coated with PVC cement, or subjected to active water line pressure cannot be returned or exchanged unless a structural material failure is officially diagnosed and confirmed by our engineering team. All returned items undergo mandatory physical calibration testing to verify they match our outbound shipping ledger.

3.3 Diagnostics Verification & Financial Replenishment

Once your component payload is safely received at our central technical diagnostic hub, it undergoes a rigorous hydrostatic pressure scan to verify its structural integrity and leak threshold. Approved claims are processed as immediate store wallet credits or direct financial refunds within 7-10 business days. Return logistics and courier arrangements for verified manufacturer errors will be fully managed and covered by PipeMaster.
